Social Media Marketer for BYIE Ad/Content Launch Campaign - $55/h

Description

We’re looking for a skilled social media marketer to create and run our BYIE course social media ad/content launch campaign.

This is a 3-month project with a requirement of 50+ hours per week. We’re offering $55 for every worked hour, and in case of success a long-term social media marketing contract that can last for years.

Responsibilities

- Planning and executing a full social media launch strategy

- Creating and managing paid ad campaigns (Meta primarily)

- Developing organic content angles, hooks, and creatives

- Testing and iterating on ad creatives and messaging

- Analyzing performance and optimizing for ROAS + conversions

- Collaborating with our team on offer positioning and funnel feedback

Candidate Requirements

Has proven experience running B2B social media campaigns

Is strong in both strategy and execution

Understands direct response marketing principles

Can generate and test high-performing creative ideas

Is comfortable working at a high pace (50+ hrs/week)

Communicates clearly and proactively
