Small auto shop looking for a bookkeeper duties include:
Filing customer and vendor invoices.
Being familiar with Quick Books.
Using QB to keep track of payments, transactions and updates to check book.
Paying bills on time
Paying sales tax on time
Doing payroll 2x a month.
This is a part time position usually twice a week should do.
