NewGen Facility Solutions USA LLC is seeking an experienced and reliable janitorial subcontractor team for a commercial cleaning contract at a large ice and entertainment facility in Santa Clarita, California.
This is a high-profile recreational facility with heavy daily public traffic, sports programming, locker rooms, washrooms, public areas, restaurants, spectator seating, and administrative spaces.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Daily janitorial cleaning
- Washroom and locker room cleaning/disinfection
- Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, auto-scrubbing)
- Garbage and recycling removal
- High-touch disinfection
- Glass and entrance cleaning
- Restaurant/common area cleaning
- Weekly and monthly detail cleaning
Requirements:
✅ Must have commercial janitorial experience
✅ Must carry your own General Liability Insurance
✅ Must have active Workers’ Compensation coverage
✅ Must provide your own cleaning equipment and tools
✅ Must provide your own transportation
✅ Must be able to supply labor/crew as required
✅ Must pass background/security requirements
✅ Experience with high-traffic commercial or municipal facilities is preferred
Preferred Equipment:
- Commercial vacuum cleaners
- Auto scrubber
- Mop systems
- Floor machines
- Cleaning carts
- Commercial-grade cleaning supplies and chemicals
Schedule:
- 7 days/week operations
- Flexible scheduling required
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
