Requirements

· Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California

· Juris doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school

· Minimum of one (1) year practicing law for Associate, five (5) years for Counsel

· Ability to work independently and complete time-sensitive tasks by deadlines

· Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

· Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

· For Counsel: Ability to manage cases through all stages of litigation, including strategy, discovery and trial.

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary range: $125,000 to $250,000 (commensurate with experience and book of business)

· Health and dental insurance 100% paid for by firm (i.e., no employee contribution required)

· 401(k) plan with firm matching contribution up to 4.5%
