Operation Support & Customer Experience Coordinator - Full Time

The Role
This position is primarily focused on logistics and operational support, while also requiring the ability to assist and communicate with customers when needed. We are especially interested in candidates who are eager to grow alongside the company and contribute to future expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Operations (Primary Focus)
- Coordinate daily order processing, shipping, and delivery logistics
- Receive, package, label, and ship products
- Prepare shipping labels and manage courier communications
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain premium brand standards
- Maintain accurate inventory, order, and shipment records
- Organize inventory and support general operational efficiency
Customer Experience & Sales Support
- Answer and manage customer phone calls, emails, and messages
- Schedule and attend online or in-person customer meetings
- Assist customers via Zoom, phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Provide thoughtful, personalized support throughout the customer journey
- Build trust through professional communication and timely follow-up
- Support occasional product viewings, fittings, and client meetings
General Support
- Assist with product presentation and sample organization
- Maintain showroom and laboratory workspaces
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives
- Contribute to ad hoc operational projects as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Associate degree or higher
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work on-site in Valencia/Santa Clarita, California
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional English communication skills
- Comfortable working with Gmail, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and other digital tools
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience in logistics, operations, retail, customer service, or related fields
- Experience in the jewelry industry
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
