*Base pay $19.00/hr plus projected tip share of $5-$8/hr - Average $24-$27/hr *
Bacio di Latte, a high end Gelato shop, is seeking to add friendly and fun Team Members to our team for our VALENCIA CA, location!
Bacio di Latte is a high-end experience gelato shop, making fresh Italian gelato every day in house. Established in 2011, Bacio di Latte has 250+ stores internationally. Our gelato reflects the passion and care that we take in making the best product possible. Our staff goes beyond the traditional expectation of customer service every day, by creating exceptional moments and experiences for our guests. We are looking for exceptional talent for our VALENCIA, CA Location! We are seeking dedicated hard workers with a passion for customer care, who thrive in a fast paced environment, and a positive can do attitude! Team Members earn a base hourly wage plus participation in a shared tip pool.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests
- Serving/scooping our delicious gelato and making espresso-based drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of showcase, lobby, patio area, take out lobby trash, bus and clean tables and chairs, and restock supplies
- Learn allergens and nutrition of gelato to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests
- Ensure all food safety and quality standards are followed
- Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
- Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Customer Service in Food & Beverage Industry
- A passion for making people happy and customer care
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- A passion for Gelato!
