1. Dec 2017 - Ideate employer brand, bring employer brand proposition to life through Wave vs. Force
a. Rebrand and launch 21CF careers site uniting multiple, separately branded sites
b. Launched successful employee portal, skinning prior payroll, employee information sites
c. Revamped onboarding and automated 1st day readiness – globally
d. Developed model employee handbook, ensuring geographical/territory sensitivity
2. March 2018 – Stabilized Workday HR platform
a. Built HCM, HRIT global team and infrastructure; local presence, global reach
b. Ensured 100% data privacy compliance for all tools, people accessing data
3. July 2018 – Packaged, delivered all data requests, HR materials to the Disney Team, while operating in a business as usual environment, bolstering morale and leading through change
