Background

I started out as a straight-commission sales rep in the B2B packaging industry. During that 23 years I also trained sales reps nationwide, and personally managed dozens of new and veteran sales reps. I ran my own training company for more than 10 years before transitioning to a division manager responsible for all aspects of sales, service, operations. Communication and relationship development have allowed me to succeed in all of these positions. My goal is to help salespeople learn the skills and processes of selling to serve customers and to maintain long term relationships.
