      $1MM in 2019 and $5MM expected in 2020.
      - Leveraged influence across entire operations (350 people at the location) to increase capacity from 1000
      to 2400 units per day on the production line supporting Porsche – at 1500 per day as of 11/01/2019,
      expected to be 2000 per day in Q1-2020.
      - Launching materials cost reduction program to yield $1.5 million savings per year, on a product sold to
      Tesla.

    • 2017 - 2018

      - Hired to rightsize/expand the engineering team to get the flagship product manufacturable.
      - Updated/re-created all of the mechanical drawings for the $500k product so assemblies could be
      manufactured by new quality suppliers.
      - Transitioned from a major supplier suffering from quality and delivery problems to new vetted
      suppliers. $50k assemblies had been arriving with parts missing and with unauthorized changes, and
      deliveries would be months late.
      - Rolled out electrical engineering fixes so the $500k products would stop failing in the field.
      - Re-energized company to get the flagship product to market, projected at $12 million for the first year.
      - Promoted from Director to Vice President after 6 months for successes with the turnaround.

    • 2009 - 2017

      - He was the one person included in the Laser Product acquisition from Viaspace. CEO acquired him to
      expand their product portfolio with innovations not present in their markets.
      - Successfully transitioned the business unit that was acquired, with production fully operational within
      30 days of deal acquisition.
      - Created the new division to expand the high end of Ecotec’s product portfolio for customers such as
      Waste Management.
      - Developed the first new products within one year of the acquisition.
      - Implemented collaborative communication to get buy-in with the C-suite, the internal team, and
      external suppliers to achieve the one-year new product development milestone.
      - Increased sales revenue by 6% with this new product line.
      - Launched innovative product variations to break into new markets.

    • 2006 - 2009
      Director of Engineering and Operations
      Viaspace, Inc.

      - Recruited by CEO to establish a new Instrumentation Division developing cleantech equipment.
      - Spearheaded the successful launch for the division’s first product, from conceptualizing,
      engineering, and transferring into production within 8 months.
      - Created all engineering, manufacturing, materials systems to showcase the new product at a major
      Japanese tradeshow.
      - Built the manufacturing group from zero by establishing all systems to manage purchasing and
      inventory, and vetted and onboarded all material vendors within the first 8 months.
      - Awarded a patent for infrared absorption spectroscopy product (U.S. Patent 7,499,169; Fuel Cell and
      Product of Combustion Humidity Sensor).

      - Hired to organize engineering, manufacturing, and materials to correct the out-of-control product
      delivery times for our engineered-to-order customized products.
      - Organized the engineered-to-order projects in a simple living spreadsheet, allowing all departments to
      see and be involved with all deliverables and priorities. 0% On-Time-Delivery shot up to over 90% On-
      Time-Delivery.
      - Cleaned up operations to increase efficiency and achieve 60% annual revenue growth from 2003 to 2004,
      without increase of headcount.

    • 1998 - 2002
      Director of Engineering and Operations

      - Mandated to keep internal pace with the forecasted rapid sales growth of 33% per year.
      - Spearheaded internal operations growth to achieve 33% annual production YOY growth for 3
      consecutive years without increasing headcount.
      - Generated finished goods cost savings of 35-50% through lean/continuous improvement, switching to
      injection molding for some parts, and offshoring some materials sourcing and assembly operations to
      China.
      - Implemented the first ERP system for the company. Company had plateaued and growth would have
      FAILED without an ERP system. Received C-suite approval after getting team buy-in on the
      demonstration version.
      - Dropped underperforming suppliers and vetted/onboarded quality vendors while negotiating material
      cost savings.
