Background
I'm an intrigued and versatile contributor to the organizations and communities about, which I work for and support. My goal is to never stop developing as a leader, communicator and citizen. Lets not reinvent the wheel but make it better! I have had over eight years of experience in the retail and business industry where my primary duties included conducting technical support, people management, sales, providing customer service, taking inventory, arranging merchandise displays and handling cash. I serve as a Lead support when needed. I am also a mentor to many new members of the team. I also have a great deal of experience in scheduling team members to various assignments to ensure a quick paced, efficient, working environment. I have trained multiple employees and managers on technical skills and certifications. I am also a social media advocate. After my time at Apple I joined a new organization in Novato, CA to sharpen my skills and bring new qualifications. I was in charge of R&D and logical data recovery. Since joining the company the moral and work ethics shifted upwards as well as the profit by 5% YTD. I recently took a new position at Amazon for an upcoming project. I will eventually be going back to Graduate school for my masters. On my free time I do hike and do photography. Specialties: Fluent in Farsi and English. Proficient on Windows (3.1, 95, 97, XP, Vista and Windows 7 and up), Macintosh Certification. Proficient on various software programs including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and majority of Mac Programs. I also have experience in conflict resolution and management skills.
