Background

My personal objective is to learn, contribute, grow, excel and deliver something of value to a workplace. Align with the company’s vision towards a set purpose and mission. I enjoy working with energized, skilled, kind and productive team of resources; sharing a passion in accomplishing common goals and particularly mindful of the impact on what I do: as an individual contributor, as a team player to our customers, communities and into the global markets. Years of working in a projectized environment with a large corporation, I have stretched myself to a global mindset, dealing with ambiguity, handling change on the fly and mastering a faster pace to deliverables. I bring a unique combination of skills in problem solving, researching for alternative solutions, practical and reasonable in negotiating scope, requirements and deliverables to meet budget and timelines. My assigned posts for specific roles and responsibilities are reflective of my character traits that of reliability and trustworthiness. In the ever changing and competing business environment, I am adaptable and nimble to change; adjusting to constraints and make quality decisions on behalf of my team. I believe “To lead is also to know how to follow”. Thereby, I am tasks-oriented and focused in carrying out directions to complete assigned steps.
