Background

I have a passion for building and leading high-performance engineering teams supporting complex development projects. I have demonstrated a great understanding of how to capture the essential elements in a NPD project's requirements (both at the project- and the product-level) and how to then build a team and a strategy around delivering creative concepts to best meet aggressive and often conflicting requirements. I have a long history of being able to integrate multi-disciplinary, often geographically dispersed, talent to form high-performance teams. I have a demonstrated knack for identifying necessary talent and being flexible to obtain the required resources to complete the job. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and focus on execution with a combination of speed, rigor, and integrity. I am active in large-scale engineering projects in themed entertainment, mining equipment, automotive, defense, machinery, and energy sectors. I've worked for OEMs, suppliers, consultancies, and engineering software developers, so I've seen industries from many sides. I am driven to help engineering teams perform better and develop better products. Feel free to reach out to me to connect. I'm always interested in making connections with other professionals that share my passion for collaboratively developing something new.
