Background

My name is Breanna Reeder, I am an Organizational Development Consultant, formerly a Director of Sales Operations. My director position historically functioned as an instructional development leader, however, it transpired into a clerical position. If given the choice to build a well-oiled machine versus operating it, I would not choose the latter. I thrive from implementing employee development and active learning environments to promote learning. This is harmonious with my passion for creating organizational cultures to empower people at work.
