Background

I am a highly motivated and performance driven. I have worked in the Customer Service and Inside Sales for over 20 years, most of that being in the OEM field. My goal in any position is to bring my communication, sales and service skills to build a stronger client base. I enjoy learning new processes and then training staff. I believe everyone has a voice and ideas on how to make things easier/better. In saying that, I would have meeting with my staff to allow them to share their ideas. This in turn makes everyone feel that they are part of the solution not the problem.
