Background

I completed a year long internship at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital. The program was ProjectSEARCH which helps prepare young people with disabilities for success in competitive integrated employment. I rotated four departments - Environmental Services as a Linen Room Attendant; Central Services as a Central Supply Assistant; Food and Nutrition as Dish Room Food Service Worker; and Administration as a Mail Room Worker. I am friendly, like talking to people, reliable/dependable, willing to work, can follow directions and can follow a routine. I am seeking long-term career in my community where I can utilize my skills and qualifications.
