Background

I’m a recent graduate of UC San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy, where I earned my Master of International Affairs with a concentration in International Management. My training emphasized quantitative analysis, fiscal management, and institutional coordination. Now I want to apply those skills toward improving efficiency and accountability in public sector operations. At the City of San Diego, I contributed to data-driven improvements in municipal workflows, creating automated fiscal tracking tools and process dashboards that modernized financial transparency and service delivery. My experience at M20 Genomics further strengthened my ability to translate complex technical information into actionable insights and manage cross-cultural communications between research teams and global stakeholders. As a Vice President of Finance for my graduate organization, I managed budgets and coordinated with leadership to ensure responsible allocation of institutional resources. Across roles, I’ve developed a data-informed and collaborative approach to solving organizational challenges. Proficient in R, Power BI, Python, and SmartSheet, I’m motivated by opportunities that combine analytics, communication, and strategic planning to advance effective public administration and evidence-based policy.
